Wellness
"Taking care of your body is the most honest gift you can give your soul."
Wellness is whole-person health — not a single metric. It includes sleep, nutrition, movement, emotional regulation, and capacity to recover from stress.
This course takes a holistic view to assess your baseline, identify what most affects energy, and build self-care rituals you can sustain.
Small, steady steps beat extreme plans. You will learn to embed healthy choices in life as it is — rather than fighting your routine.
