Get to know yourself
"Know thyself."
Knowing yourself is the starting point for every element of happiness. Through gentle self-observation, you can see your values, needs, and strengths more clearly — laying groundwork for everything that follows.
This course invites you to pause external expectations and listen inward. You need not find answers immediately — only begin recording, with curiosity and patience, what makes you feel most like yourself.
After this theme, you will have a clearer sense of which of the seven elements to explore first, and a reusable practice for inner dialogue.
