Full access is unlocked through gift cards purchased and redeemed at our spa — not through online checkout or recurring subscriptions on this website.

2.1 Retreat gift cards and gifting packages are sold at our spa only. Prices, inclusions, and expiry dates are explained at purchase and may change from time to time.

2.3 Gift cards are for personal use unless explicitly sold as a transferable gift. They are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

2.4 We reserve the right to refuse sale or cancel a gift card for fraud, misuse, or breach of these terms.
