Booking cancellation policy
To change or cancel a booking, please give us at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, or failure to attend as agreed (no-show), will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking value.
This policy applies to all facial, massage, and package bookings. Special events or promotional treatments are subject to the terms provided at the time of booking.
