20% off skincare and wellness products
The 20% discount on skincare and wellness products applies to selected L'Oréal Paris and in-spa home care ranges, as displayed at our spa.
The offer does not apply to treatment packages, gift cards, clearance items, or retreat programs. It cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
Products are available for in-spa purchase and consultation only. Stock is limited and available while supplies last. Contact us or visit in person to purchase or learn more.

The offer includes a 45-minute bespoke facial (with contour gua sha enhancement) and a 45-minute bespoke massage (with body gua sha contour enhancement), completed in the same appointment.
Use promo code GUASHA20 when you contact us to book. Valid Monday to Friday only (excluding public holidays). Appointments must be booked and completed before the offer end date.

Instalment payments
Where the spa supports WeChat Pay, Alipay, credit card installments, or similar payment methods, transactions are subject to the relevant payment platform and merchant agreements.
Instalment payments apply only to eligible products or prepaid treatment packages. They do not apply to gift cards or some promotional items, as displayed at our spa.

Gift cards
Gift cards may be used toward any treatment or selected products at our spa, subject to the terms shown on the card and at purchase.
Gift cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase. Unused balances expire after that date. They cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or replaced if lost.
When booking with a gift card, you must present it on arrival. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee (see our cancellation policy).
A weekend surcharge may apply when booking certain treatments with a gift card on Saturdays and Sundays. Purchasing or using a gift card means you agree to these terms.
We reserve the right to amend gift card terms at any time. To purchase a gift card or check a balance, contact us or visit our spa.

Free shipping on qualifying product orders*
*This term applies to product orders placed through a future online store. Products are currently purchased primarily at our spa.
Free shipping applies to product orders only and excludes gift cards and expired vouchers.
Orders within United States below the free shipping threshold will be charged shipping at the rate displayed at the time. We reserve the right to change promotions.

Buy 4 treatments, get the 5th free*
Treatment series apply to facials, body massage, and spa packages. They do not apply to nail, pedicure, waxing, tanning, tinting, or other basic beauty services.
Prepay for four treatments and receive one additional treatment of the same service, duration, and value (five treatments in total).
All five treatments must be under the same service agreement and cannot be combined with other offers. Full payment is due before the first treatment begins.
Prepaid series are valid for 12 months from purchase and are non-transferable to other spas or individuals. Standard cancellation policy applies: at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel.
Under Oregon consumer protection laws, services or products with quality issues may be exchanged or refunded as required by law; change-of-mind refunds do not apply. Purchase indicates acceptance of these terms.
