How to cancel or reschedule a booking
To cancel or reschedule, contact us by email:
- 1. Have your booking details ready: name, email, appointment date and time, and treatment name.
- 2. Email info@chicfacestarworld.com to request a cancellation or reschedule.
- 3. You can also use the Contact page, select "Treatment booking inquiry" as the topic, and include your booking details.
- 4. Our team will confirm your request during opening hours and advise whether the cancellation policy applies.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee. Please email info@chicfacestarworld.com for urgent changes.
This spa welcomes women only and does not currently accept male clients.
Rescheduling is usually free of charge, subject to availability. We will do our best to find a suitable time.

Please note: cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment, or failing to attend, will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking value.
This fee helps cover the loss from a last-minute vacancy that cannot be rebooked. Thank you for your understanding.
