How to cancel a confirmed booking

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, please email us as soon as possible.

For cancellations within 24 hours, email info@chicfacestarworld.com directly and include your name, appointment date and time, and treatment name.

1. 1. Email info@chicfacestarworld.com with the subject line "Booking cancellation" or "Booking reschedule".
2. 2. Include the name on the booking, appointment date and time, and treatment name.
3. 3. Our team will confirm whether the cancellation policy applies and help you reschedule if needed.
4. 4. You can also use the Contact page, select "Treatment booking inquiry" as the topic, and include your booking details.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

For package or multi-treatment bookings, cancelling one item may affect the overall offer. Please refer to your confirmation email for details.
