Please always disclose
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding (some treatments may need adjustment or deferral).
- Circulatory issues such as high blood pressure, heart conditions, varicose veins, or a history of blood clots.
- Active skin infection, cold sores, open wounds, or recent sunburn.
- Allergies to essential oils, latex, or specific skincare ingredients.
- Recent injectables, laser, chemical peels, or other aesthetic procedures.
- Current medication, especially drugs that affect skin or clotting.
Why this matters
Certain massage techniques, heat-based treatments, or active products may not be suitable for specific health conditions.
