Retreat cancellation policy
Because retreat packages require advance reservation of rooms, therapists, and meals, cancellation terms are stricter than for single treatments.
Cancellation timeframes and fees
- Cancellation more than 14 days before check-in: full refund or free reschedule (subject to package terms).
- Cancellation 7–14 days before check-in: 50% cancellation fee of the package total.
- Cancellation within 7 days of check-in, or no-show: full package charge or remaining unused balance.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is subject to availability. Please contact the spa as early as possible.
Promotional or limited-time retreat packages may not allow rescheduling. Terms at purchase apply.
